Holy atomic radius, Batman!

A student of mine chanced upon this web page (click) this morning.  I assigned my chemistry kids an optional activity: construct a scale model of a hydrogen atom and video themselves doing so.  The page itself gives some idea of the scale involved.

Holy cow.

EDIT: This page doewn’t work in Firefox.  I suggest you install the IE Tab add-on, as it will allow you to scroll to the right.
